Adam's Bio

Adam has over twenty years of experience working in real estate. His career began in 2004 when he went to work for one of the most active commercial real sales firms in New York City. While at Massey Knakal Realty Services, Adam worked as a senior sales associate and was on a team that serviced the Downtown Brooklyn market. In his three years at MKRS, Adam was on a team that averaged two hundred million dollars of commercial property sales annually. Adam’s responsibilities varied and included: market research, valuating properties, preparing marketing packages, client reporting and executing the sale of properties. Taking his three years of experience in New York, Adam moved to Florida and adapted quickly to the market. In 2012, Adam founded ARE Solutions property tax consulting services lowering real estate taxes for property owners. His responsibilities include: filing appeals throughout Florida, preparing and submitting evidence, general market research, attending and presenting evidence at hearings, and bringing in new business and maintaining a large client base. To date, ARE Solutions has facilitated over $400M in assessment reductions.

Tayler refined her expertise in design while attending school in New York, gaining valuable insight into how intentional aesthetics enhance a property’s marketability. This background allows her to guide sellers through high-level staging and presentation strategies that attract buyers and drive premium sales prices. Beyond real estate, Tayler has an extensive background as a clinical therapist, equipping her with the skills to navigate high-stakes, emotional decisions with clarity and confidence.
